OUR TERMS include V.A.T. at 17.5% and are per person,
in an en-suite room
with dinner, bed and full English Breakfast.
A deposit of £20 per person is requested to confirm your
booking.
We know that guests do not cancel without good reason.
However, if we are unable to re-let the room, we reserve the right
to retain the deposit if cancellations are made within 14 days prior
to arrival date, and to charge for the first night's accommodation
for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date.
Twin or double-bedded rooms may be reserved for single occupancy
at a rate of 1.75 times the relevant rate. For guests staying with
us for a week's holiday, a Valued Customers Discount of £30
(per person) will be deducted from future weekly stays.
WE HAVE AMPLE PARKING IN THE GROUNDS FOR GUEST'S
CARS. GRANGE IS WELL SERVED BY RAIL
